Features:
Aeolus RSL Bicycle Saddle
Aeolus RSL utilizes the latest biomechanical research and a full cutout design to eliminate soft tissue pressure and maximize power and comfort for riders in an aero position.
Longer cutout
The split design of the full saddle cut-out extends from the nose through to the rear of the saddle to minimize soft tissue pressure and allow for a more powerful, rotated position.
Wider nose
Aeolus has a wider nose with a shorter overall length that ensures the whole saddle is usable and comfortable, whether you’re sitting up on the hoods or hammering in the drops.
Fit for any rider
Aeolus is designed and tested to work well for a wide range of riders of any body type and gender, and is available in multiple sizes to provide the best individual fit.
Blendr integration
You can get a Blendr accessory mount that attaches securely to the rear of this saddle for clean integration with any Bontrager Flare rear light. There's still enough allowance for a seat pack, too.
Initial setup tips
Aeolus is optimized for the best fit and performance, so it’s slightly shorter than a traditional saddle. When swapping out your old saddle, we suggest starting with an extra 10mm of setback from the nose and a 2 degree downward tilt.

Selle Italia SLR Boost saddles feature a slight rise on the back and a micro-perforated cover that helps maintain the ideal sitting position, ensuring proper support of the ischial bones. Moreover, adjustments become easier, thanks to a glossy black line applied to the lower part of the body that indicates the position of the BRP (Biomechanical Reference Point), the point where the saddle reaches a width of 70mm and from which to measure the parameters useful for correct positioning.

TEMPO ARGO R1 is a versatile endurance road saddle with a short-nose design and generous ischial support that encourages stability.
Where a traditional saddle shape encourages riders to shift their position frequently for better leverage, Argo puts the rider in a more planted position, making for greater stability and better weight distribution.
Tempo Argo's short length allows the rider to sit further forward without placing undue pressure on sensitive tissues. It also features an ergonomic cutout that was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts.
Argo is our most versatile saddle shape and each version suits different riding styles. As the endurance riding option, Tempo Argo has been engineered to deliver a riding feel that suits the balanced geometry of today's all-purpose road machines.
The padding is made from fizik's proprietary Type 2 foam formulation, slightly thicker around the ischial sit bones area to support a more upright riding posture. The cushioning is slightly softer and more progressive than the type we use on our racing saddles, providing more long-distance comfort.
Argo is a product of the fizik Concepts program, a cross-disciplinary collaboration of leading industry experts and academics carrying out research and analysis on technology, design, physiology, and bike-fitting in search of ways to improve cycling performance.
- Argo: a versatile short-nose saddle that encourages stability and relieves pressure on soft tissue area
- R1: a combination of a ride-compliant carbon-reinforced nylon shell and a highly stiff carbon rail
- Wingflex: the shell's side edges flex and adapt to the rider's inner leg movement
- Type 2 foam: progressive cushioning, with lower compression modulus

VENTO ARGO R1 is a performance racing saddle with a short-nose design that improves stability and allows for a more aggressive, aero riding position.
Where a traditional saddle shape encourages riders to shift their position frequently for better leverage, Argo puts the rider in a more planted position, making for greater stability and better weight distribution.
Vento Argo's short length allows the rider to sit further forward without placing undue pressure on sensitive tissues. It also features an ergonomic cutout that was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts.
Argo is our most versatile saddle shape and each version suits different riding styles. As the racing option, Vento Argo has been engineered to deliver a riding feel that suits race bikes with aggressive geometry. The padding is made from fizik's proprietary Type 1 foam formulation, which has a lower profile and is reactive and springy for instantaneous response and optimal power transfer.
The purposeful shape of its design helps you achieve a better riding posture: the dropped nose supports the pubic ramus when the pelvis rotates forward to add power or to get more aero.

The C13 158mm is the optimal width for cycle touring, brevet challenges, or audax races, or simply for anyone who wants a light and comfortable saddle for local racing or group rides.
