Up the ante when you hit the slopes on Scott's Gambler 710. It features Scott's tough 6061-aluminum frame with a Fox Float X2 air shock to deliver 210mm of World Cup-approved travel. With Scott’s IDS-X dropouts and adjustable bottom bracket height, this frame lets you dial the geometry for the terrain and the ride you want. Up front, Fox's 203mm-travel 40 RC2 fork lets you take on everything from guinea pigging your newest line to world-class, high-speed downhill runs. Plus, Scott went all-in with Shimano's brilliant Saint and Zee components which offer pro-level shifting and braking, letting you focus on stomping your run. With more gravity proven components like the Syncros handlebar, stem and seatpost, DT Swiss wheels, super-tacky Schwalbe tires, and chain management from an e.13 chainguide, you'll definitely want to get in on this action.

Scott's IDS X Dropout System

Scott's IDS X Dropout Sytem uses two positions for 15mm of quick wheelbase adjustment. A special conical interface and an eccentric head keeps the axle locked in place. Dial in your bike for the course so you can hold a tighter line.

Gambler Floating Link

Scott's Floating Link creates a progressive feeling suspension with nearly direct compression on the shock. The result is less shock bushing rotation and increased small bump sensitivity so the rear end sucks up everything from braking bumps to high-speed G-outs to rock garden chunder so you can concentrate on flying down the course.

Gambler Adjustable BB

Scott's Gambler provides you with the same technology that the World Cup pros have at their disposal. The Gambler has two bottom-bracket height options that are easily adjusted by flipping the lower shock bolt mount. With the bolt in the high setting you get +10mm of BB drop and a 63° head angle that makes it easy to conquer techy, tight courses. By switching the bolt to the low setting, it gives you a 62° head angle and drops the BB to 0mm which is more stable at higher speeds. Head angle can be further adjusted by raising or lowering the fork crowns on the fork stanchions.
